Peel the patch from backing, and apply on clothing (top and bottoms covering upper and lower body areas) and/or any objects nearby
Don’t apply the patch on skin. Always on clothing or an object like cots, prams, strollers, water bottles etc – the idea is for it to be close to you but not on your skin directly
